This Privacy Policy explains how Tinkrd LLC ("Tinkrd," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our websites and blogs, including tinkrd.com and our product sites (Lemon, Stepping Stones, SellerSync, and Spotlister). It covers our marketing websites and blogs. Individual apps may have their own additional privacy notices, which will be provided within those apps.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you contact us through a form or by email, or sign up for a waitlist or newsletter, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

- Email: email and newsletter delivery providers (such as MailerLite) when you opt in.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Tinkrd or others.
Data retention
We keep contact and email information for as long as needed to respond to you and operate our sites, and then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to opt out of marketing emails, and to opt out of certain analytics tracking. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information.

Children's privacy
Our websites and blogs are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through these sites. Our children's apps are designed with children's privacy in mind and follow applicable laws such as COPPA; any data practices specific to those apps are described within the app and its own privacy notice.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be made clear on this page.
